Domestic Shipping (India):

• Olive Shisha offers nationwide shipping across India for all our products.
• Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please allow additional time during festivals, sales, or special campaigns.
• Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days. We also offer Express Shipping at checkout for quicker delivery.
• Free Shipping on all orders above ?20000. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at a nominal charge of ?200.

COD Advance:

• To avoid failed deliveries, we request a small advance for all COD orders during our confirmation call.
• This amount (based on total value) confirms your intent and is adjusted in the final bill.
• Note: If the parcel is returned due to customer-side issues (unavailability, refusal, etc.), the COD advance is non-refundable.

International Shipping:

• We proudly ship internationally to select countries.
• All international orders are dispatched within 3–4 days post confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Urban Areas: 10–12 days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 20–25 days, depending on the country’s logistics.
• Duties & Customs: All import duties, taxes, and customs charges are borne by the customer. These are not included in our shipping fee.
• Any change in international shipping charges will be communicated via email and WhatsApp.

Order Tracking:

• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
• You can monitor your order status directly via the tracking link.

Delays & Exceptions:

• In rare cases of courier delays, we will proactively update you.
• For incorrect or incomplete addresses, additional charges may apply for reshipping.
• Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Olive Shisha. Please contact the courier service and local authorities if needed.
